I can’t access wd my cloud from windows 10

1) By default, I don’t have the network set to “My Computer” (W10), and I log in through the WD application (“My Book Live Share”) that I installed having the shortcut on the desktop, but in the end it’s like patching.

3) Before creating these users, I created 3 others (and their corresponding private shared folders) through the WD software with different names but with the same characteristics as “Admin”, “Test1” and “Test2”. I have subsequently deleted them through the WD software, but they still appear when I access the root IP address. How can I delete them?
